| 摘 要： | 介绍了FDM成型过程中的影响因素，阐述了影响出丝宽度的几种因素，着重分析了挤出速度和丝宽的关系，最后通过实验给出了输出电压与丝宽的关系式，并简要讨论了一下FDM工艺原型尺寸的正确补偿方法。

| Abstract: | The interference factors in FDM molding process and the several factors that affect extruded filament width have been introduced with the emphasis on the relationship between extrusion flow rate and filament width. Finally the relation of output voltage and filament width has been given through experiment with the brief discuss of the proper compensation method of FDM technology model size. |
