| 摘 要： | 高清晰视频会议系统目前所采用的技术体制还没有完全的标准化。文章通过对当前视频技术发展现状的分析及对各厂家产品的了解,对视频会议系统中视频编解码标准及系统体制2个主要部分进行了分析。在视频编解码技术方面,主要是将目前高清视频会议系统所采用的H.264和MPEG-2两种主要标准进行比较;在系统体制上则是对H.320和H.323两种标准进行比较,并通过这种比较,对国家电网公司高清晰视频会议系统的建设方案提出一点建议。

| Abstract: | The technology adapted by high-definition video-conference system has not been scandalized nowadays.In this paper,the author analyzes and compares the video coding and decoding standards of H.264 and MPEG-2 and system standards of H.320 and H.323.He also gives some suggestions on the construction schemes of high-definition video-conference systems of State Grid Corporation of China. |
