| Abstract: | Management of material procurement is an important integral part of the management for general contracting of construction project overseas.Quality,progress and costs of the material to be purchased are going to have direct influences upon the workmanship,construction period and building costs of the project as contracted.Therefore only when you have done a good job of material procurement domestically,can you ensure the successful completion of construction project overseas. |
