基于计算机视觉的织物疵点自动检测的研究方法

织物疵点采用自动检测代替传统的人工检测是纺织品质量控制和管理的重要环节,同时又是纺织自动化的重要标志之一。简要综述了近年来计算机视觉在织物疵点领域的应用和发展情况,着重讨论了自动检测技术近期所涉及的各种方法及其在疵点检测上的应用。开发适合我国的织物疵点自动检测系统,具有深远意义。

Research of the Automatic Detection of Fabric Defects Based on Computer Vision

The automatic detection of fabric defects,replaced the artificial detection means is a very important tache in the quality control and management of textile,at the same time,it is also one of the most important automatization in febric areas.This paper briefly discussed computer vision' s applications and progress in the research area of fabric defects detection according to the general process of pattern recognition as well as the research approaches adopted in recent years.we emphasis on the discussion of the various methods and their application effects on fabric defect detection.And then developed a automatic detection system which fits our country,it has a far-reaching meaning.
