摘    要:介绍了对空排汽调节阀的用途、结构特点及原理。并以50MW锅炉机组用对空排汽阀为例讲解了设计思路。简述了流量系数的计算、阀门口径的选取和节流面积的确定。从结构和材料方面分析了该阀所具有的承受高压差、抗高温、抗振及低噪声的特点和性能。

Abstract:This article introduce the discharge control valve's use?structure trait and principle. Design method is described through the kind of valve on 50MW power plant. The author abstracts the flow coefficient's calculation?the nominal diameter's selection?nozzle area's certainty. The reason why it has the ability with undergoing high pressure different?resisting high temperature and vibration?lower noise is analyzed from structure and material.
