含氯废弃物无公害焚烧技术的研讨

摘    要:介绍含氯废弃物无公害焚烧处理的新技术,能使焚烧产生的极毒氯气变成稀盐酸。该新技术已应用于PVC和VCM生产中;研讨了对该新技术的推广应用,特别是用于无公害处理“白色”污染—PVC塑料废弃物的可能性。

Abstract:The author introduces the new technology of non public hazardous incineration of chlorine contained waste, which can change the extreme toxic chlorine gas produced from incineration into diluted hydrochloride acid. The said new tehnology is being used for PVC and VCM production, and the article also discusses the application of the new technology, especially the possibility of using this technology for non public hazardous treating of the “white” pollution-the discarded wastes of PVC plastics.
