摘    要:引言 络合萃取技术对极性有机物稀溶液和金属离子的分离具有高效性和高选择性,已广泛应用于湿法冶金领域.由于萃取剂在萃残液中分子水平的溶解以及萃取塔器操作时水相对于萃取剂相细小液滴的夹带,造成了一定程度的萃取剂流失和环境污染,同时,由于萃取剂大都分子量较大,生物降解性能不佳[1],因此,开展从水溶液中回收萃取剂的研究是十分必要的.

Abstract:Cloud point extraction (CPE) utilizing polyoxyethylene 10 lauryl ether (C12E10) as the surfactant was carried out to separate and concentrate di(2-ethyl hexyl) phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) in its dilute aqueous solution.The CPE process was facilitated by decreasing the cloud point (CP) temperature of the solution with sodium sulfate.The influence of C12E10 concentration, settling temperature, pH value, and Ni2 in the solution on the extraction efficiency (E) was studied.The results showed that extraction efficiency increased with the concentration of C12E10, temperature and pH value of the system.Trace Ni2 in the solution has no obvious influence on extraction efficiency of D2EHPA when pH=7.00.Single-stage extraction efficiency larger than 85% has been obtained.
