燃煤热水锅炉节能控制改造

摘    要:对燃煤热水锅炉中的鼓风机、引风机和炉排电机进行变频调速控制改造,重点介绍系统设计及工作原理。经实践证明,实行变频调速控制后节能效果显著,实现了电机软启动,提高了整个系统的控制精度和可靠性,对降低维修费用,延长设备使用寿命和检修周期,减轻工人的劳动强度等都有显著的效果。

Abstract:The paper introduces the transformation of frequency conversion speed regulating control for the motors in blast blower,induced-draft fan and fire grate of coal-fired hot water boiler,mainly expatiates on system design and working principle.The practical use proves that the effect of energy-saving after transformation is obvious: it realizes the soft-start of motors,increases the control precision and reliability of the whole system,lowers the maintenance cost, prolongs the service life of equipment and ove...
