纯棉针织物活性染料漂染一浴工艺

利用漂染一浴助剂——染煮效HK 1236，使用耐双氧水稳定性较好的KYR系列红、黄、蓝、翠蓝活性染料，对纯棉针织物进行漂染一浴一步法工艺染色。列举了大生产过程中的浅粉、浅黄、浅蓝和浅翠蓝四个颜色的染色工艺，并与传统的双活性基活性染料漂染二步法工艺进行比较，发现二者染色效果基本相当，能够满足生产要求，但新工艺可节约成本达532元，并降低了水耗和能耗。

Bleaching and reactive dyeing of cotton knits in one bath

One bath one step beaching and dyeing of cotton knits is carried out with one bath agent HK 1236 and Reactive KYR Dyes of Red, Yellow, Blue and Turquoise Blue with good stability to hydrogen peroxide. The dyeing processes in colors of light pink, light yellow, light blue and light turquoise blue are listed and compared with the traditional two step bleaching and dyeing process with bifunctional reactive dyes. It is found that the novel one step process can achieve the same dyeing results as those of the two step process, and the former features cost saving by 532 RMB, shortened time and energy saving.
