涤棉一浴皂洗剂RCW免还原清洗工艺

将一浴皂洗剂RCW应用于纯涤、纯棉织物染色后的清洗工艺中，并开发了T/C针织物染色一浴皂洗加工工艺。大生产实践表明，T/C针织物染色一浴皂洗加工工艺可充分去除涤棉织物上的浮色，在保证色牢度指标的同时，省去染涤后单独的还原清洗工序，简化工艺流程，提高生产效率，降低水、电、汽能源消耗，减少污水排放量和染色废水COD值，可取代传统涤棉还原清洗工艺。

One-bath soaping agent RCW for T/C blends dyeing

One bath soaping agent RCW is applied to cleaning process of pure polyester fabric and pure cotton fabric after dyeing. The results show that one bath soaping process of polyester cotton knits can sufficiently remove the loose color from the blends, and also ensure its color fastness. It can replace the conventional reduction cleaning process of the polyester and cotton blends with simple process; high efficiency; lower water, electricity, steam and energy consumption; reduced sewage discharge and COD value of wastewater.
