摘    要:可再生蛋白质纤维的耐水性和强力差,是阻碍其应用的主要弊端,而交联是提高蛋白质纤维机械性能和耐水解性最有效的方法,同时能提高羊毛、蚕丝等天然蛋白纤维的服用性能。介绍了各种交联剂交联蛋白质纤维的方法,特别是多元羧酸在蛋白质纤维交联中的应用。在低温和不含磷的催化剂的条件下对再生蛋白进行交联,能够得到具有较高强力和耐水性的再生蛋白质纤维,满足纺织、医疗等领域的应用。

Crosslinking of protein fibers
Abstract:Poor breaking tenacity and hydrolysis resistance of regenerated protein fiber are the main drawbacks that hinder its application. Cross linking is the most effective method to improve the breaking tenacity and hydrolysis resistance of fibers, as well as the wearability of natural protein fibers such as wool and silk. Cross linking methods of protein fiber with crosslinking agents, in particular with polycaboxylic acid are introduced. Regenerated protein fiber crosslinked with citric acid at ambient temperature without phosphorus catalyst has high strength and water resistance which can meet the application requirement in textile, medical and other fields.
