摘    要:以苯乙烯为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸异辛酯为软单体,采用无皂乳液聚合方法制得无皂苯丙乳液;探讨反应型乳化剂、引发剂以及TM-200、CX-650、CM-2、T-31四种交联单体及其用量对乳液性能的影响,以及合成黏合剂的最佳使用温度。结果表明,采用反应型乳化剂和引发剂的用量均为0.8%,T-31交联单体为1.9%制备的乳液性能较好,且焙烘温度较低,节能环保。

Abstract:Taking styrene as hard monomer, butyl acrylate and iso octyl as soft monomers, soap free styrene acrylate emulsion is prepared through soap free emulsion polymerization. The effect of reactive emulsifier, initiator and four kinds of cross linking monomers(TM 200, CX 650, CM 2, T 31) and their dosages on the emulsion properties are analyzed. The optimum application temperature is determined. The results show that the emulsion synthesized with 0.8% reactive emulsifier, 0.8% initiator and 1.9% cross linking monomer T 31, has better performances. It features lower curing temperature, and has advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection.
