| 摘 要： | 根据东汽工具分厂生产的一类特殊定位零件的加工要求，文章对工具专用磨床的整体方案，例如各坐标轴布置和传动系统的分析设计；滚珠丝杆螺母副各参数的选用：各坐标导轨的设计；数控系统的选型：伺服电机及驱动系统的选型；电磨主轴的选用分析：机床润滑系统的设计，每个方面均作了较为详细的设计计算。经过一年的努力，一台新型的工具专用磨床终于研制成功。

| Abstract: | The article according to a type of special fixed position spare parts request of Dongfang Turbine co. ,Ltd Tool and Mould works, begin from the whole project of tool machine, analysis of each coordinates, the drive system design of each coordinates, selection of roll-nuts of each coordinates, the lead a track design of each coordinates, selection of number control system, selection of servo electrical engineering and drive system, selection of the electricity whets principal axis, the design of tool machine lubricate system , each aspect contains more detailed design calculation. With more than one year of hard works, we successfully completed the design of the new special grinding machine. |
