摘    要:大机组轴承越来越多运行于紊流工况下,采用不同的紊流模型计算分析机组轴承的性能存在差异。该文目的是分析采用不同的紊流模型计算结果之间的差异,为选择紊流下轴承性能分析提供依据。该文对比了采用四种紊流模型对椭圆轴承性能的分析结果,包括最小膜厚、温升,流量、刚度阻尼等,并采用单元盘弹性转子一轴承模型讨论轴承的稳定性。分析结果显示,应该以分析目的和分析范围的不同来选择紊流模型。在稳定性分析中,采用青木弘模型计算结果比其他三种模型更趋保守;在轴承流量分析,对于纯紊流下分析可采用青木弘模型,对于层紊流过渡区可采用Ng-Pan模型。

Abstract:The more and more bearings are used for the turbine machinery work in turbulent flow regime, and there is a gap within the bearing characteristics from turbulent models. This paper analyzes the difference among four turbulent models and provide a basis for calculating bearing characteristics. In this paper, the bearing characteristics of elliptical bearing using the four kinds of turbulent models is compared. The characteristics includes the minimal oil film, temperature raise, flow, stiffness and damping etc. and the stability of bearing is discussed by the flexible rotor with one plate and bearing model. The results show that the choice of turbulent flow models is on the basis of the target and regime of analysis. For the stability of bearing, the Aoki's turbulent flow model is more conservative than others models for equipment safety. For the flow, the Aoki's turbulent flow model is fit for turbulent flow, and the Ng-Pan models is fit at transition between laminar and turbulent flow regimes.
