空调机焊接球杆断口分析

摘    要:本文用扫描电镜和光镜对电阻焊接的汽车空调机活塞球杆焊接接头的拉伸和敲断断口进行了分析、结果表明,在敲断的宏观断口中心出现的“高斑”,是沿球与杆交界处断裂,其余区域拉伸断口基本相同,断裂发生在球部,断口大多为沿奥氏体晶界的沿晶断品和少量准解理断口。

Abstract:The tensile and impact fracture sufaces of the resistance welded spherical connection rods of air conditioner were analyzed by means of scanning and optical microscopy. The results shown that the "bright spot" on the impact macro fracture surface center was formed when the crack spreaded along the boundary between the ball and bar. Except this, the fracture occurred in the ball , and the crack spreaded mainly along the prior austenite boundaries, therefore the intercrystalline and some quasi-cleavage fractures appeared like the tensile fracture.
