| 摘 要： | 结合某锻压机床厂W 11X130 0× 10水平下调式三辊数控卷板机的研制与开发 ,提出了卷板设备工业计算机IPC +PMAC的开放式数控系统的设计方案 ,介绍了其各个功能模块和硬件选型 ,使用VC ++进行了系统软件和控制软件的设计开发 ,实现了利用数控系统直接控制液压伺服系统

| Abstract: | Aimed at the type of W11X1300*10 rolling machine with 3 rollers, it designs the project in IPC and PMAC NC system. The function models and hardware are introduces, the control program is developed with VC++, the hydraulic system is directly dominated by NC. |
