摘    要:本文基于HYSYS软件模拟结果对脱碳再生塔进行工艺计算。利用关联图法计算塔径2.0m;SPIEGEL公式计算等板高度0.36m;结合q线方程、提馏线方程、精馏线方程、平衡曲线方程计算出理论塔板数为5块。将计算结果代入HYSYS软件结果基本吻合。

Abstract:Based on the a-ke gas field, the process of decarbonization is studied by Hysys. The result of simulation is used for designing regeneration tower. HEPT is 0.36m which is calculated by SPIEGEL equation, combining q equation, distillation line, stripping line and the curve of VLE, the number of theoretical plate is 5. when put calculation result into hysys mode, which well matched.
