摘    要:探讨棉纺高效工艺的内涵及应用情况.通过回顾50多年来纺纱技术发展历史,认为围绕细纱机速度与牵伸能力的提高,必须要提高前纺装备速度与定量,这是纺纱技术进步的必然趋势.认为重定量大牵伸工艺不能全面、确切地反映高效工艺的实质,衡量纺纱高效应体现在高速、高效、优质、少用工.纺纱各工序定量与牵伸应根据不同产品与质量要求来设计,现阶段重定量大牵伸工艺不是一个可普遍采用的工艺,实施重定量大牵伸工艺应以精细化管理为基础.

Abstract:Concept and application of high-effect processing of cotton spinning was discussed, through analyzing the development history of spinning technology nearly 50 years, enhancing speed and weight per unit length of front spinning equipment is considered to be the demands to enhance spinning frame speed and draft ability, it is the trend for spinning technology advancement. Big weight per unit length big draft processing can not shows the core of high-effect processing, the estimation of spinning high-effect should be shown in high speed, high-effect, better quality and fewer operators. Weight per unit length and draft of each spinning process should be designed according to different products and different quality demands, now big weight per unit length and big draft processing is not a normal processing, it can not use in all processing, its application should be on the base of accuracy management.
