大豆低聚糖制取与纯化工艺的研究

摘    要:本文以低温脱脂大豆粕为原料,比较了多种溶剂对大豆低聚糖的浸提效果,确定较优的浸取条件为1%Na2CO3,温度55℃,时间2h.经碱溶酸沉后的乳清液,采用超滤法除残留蛋白,通过正交实验确定的纯化条件为温度25℃,pH值6.3,膜压力20psi.离子交换脱盐后,经真空减压浓缩得到产品.

Abstract:Extraction effect of soybean oligosacchride in various solvents was compared using cooled defatted soybean meals as raw material.The better conditions were:1%Na2CO3,extraction temperature 55℃ and extraction time 2 hours.After being dissolved by alkali then being precipitated by acid,remaining protein was removed by Ultrafiltration(UF) and through orthogonal tests.The optimum condition was:25℃,pH6.3,and membrane prssure 20 psi.The product was obtained by concentrated under vacuum after desalting by ion exchange.
