自动控制系统在油田热注锅炉上的应用及分析

摘    要:目前,热采注汽锅炉的手动控制系统已不能满足生产需要,因此对其进行自动化改造.采用可编程控制器(PLC)和无模型自适应(MFA)控制技术改造了该锅炉的测控系统,提高了参数的测量和控制精度及蒸汽干度的稳定性.改造后的控制系统操作方便、劳动强度低、安全,并可实时测量、记录、显示运行参数,不仅提高了注汽质量,还节约了运行费用.

Abstract:At present, the manual control system can not meet the production requirement of heat injection boiler ,so an auto-control conversion was done. PLC and MFA are adopted for measure and control to increase measure and control accurancy , and the dryness of steam. It features easy opration , low labour strength and safe. The realtime measure,record and display are obtained as well. The quality of steam is increased and operation cost is low.
