摘    要:1990年代以来,苏州城市化水平迅速提高,工业化和城市化特征发生较大变化。世界产业结构重构与转移、跨国公司的全球生产、长江三角洲城市群发展产生的网络化效应、制度创新等对苏州城市化均产生积极作用。从市场机制角度出发,生产要素市场的发展,对苏州城市化起基本作用。资本、货币、金融市场化促进城市化投资机制的完善与发展;技术市场建设构成城市化的提升机制,促进城市化的可持续发展;劳动力市场的建立与发展,促进城乡人口流动机制的进一步发展和完善,直接推动城市化发展;而土地和房地产市场的发展则构成城市化的牵引机制,也是推动开发区建设这种城市化空间扩展新动力出现的根本原因。

Abstract:Urbanization of Suzhou since 1990 has developed rapidly, exhibits very different characters from those before 1990. The reconstruction and transfer of industries in the world, global product of transnational corporations, network effects of development of urban agglomeration in Yangtze River, and system innovation, and so on, do active effects to urbanization of Suzhou, China. From the market mechanism, the development of markets of production does basic effects to urbanization in Suzhou. The developments of capital, currency, and financial market accelerate the perfection and development of input mechanism of urbanization. The construction of technological market is the upgrade mechanism of urbanization, makes the development of urbanization sustainable. The built-up and perfection of labor market directly pushes the development of urbanization. The development of land and real estate market is the traction mechanism of urbanization, is also the basic reason of the emergence of development zone which is the new power of urban spatial expansion.
