摘    要:武汉协和医院外科病房大楼基坑场地狭窄、周边环境严峻、地下水位高、基坑土性差、开挖面积及深度大,基坑采用了上部放坡卸载、钻孔灌注桩排加三排预应力锚杆的支护体系,地下水采用悬挂式竖向隔渗墙和坑内中深井降水相结合的处理措施,并运用信息化施工管理技术,对周边环境及支护体系在施工期间进行了监测,基坑的支护变形及周边构筑物的沉降变形随着降水、开挖而有规律地变化,在地下室底板浇注完成后,基坑逐渐趋于稳定状态。

Abstract:The characteristics of foundation pit of surgerying building in Wuhan Xiehe hospital are narrow field, tough surrounding environment, high level of underground water, poor properties of soil, large excavation area and great depth. The combined supporting system is used in this foundation pit: unloading supporting for upper slope cutting and bored cast-in-situ piles and prestressed anchors. The suspended vertical leakage-resistant wall around the pit is combined with deep wall to dewatering in the pit to control groundwater. The surrounding environment and supporting system is supervised by informationized construction management technology. By analyzing monitering data, deformation of supporting system is connected directly with the status of excavation, which has the staged characteristic, and the settlement of surrounding buildings is also regularly with dewatering and excavation. After pouring the soleplate of basement, the pit is stable.
