摘    要:用C-Mold软件对二维平板制件(海尔洗碗机盖)注塑充模过程进行计算机流动模拟分析,应用动态应力流变仪测试所用材料PP1300和HIPS492动态流变性能,由Cox-Merz规则得到宽剪切速率范围的粘度,用改进Cros模型拟合得到n、B、τ、β、Tb等参数。研究了注射温度、注射时间、浇口位置、材料性质对充模过程的影响;利用优化螺杆速率分布考察了浇口位置、注射温度、注射时间、保压压力等对锁模力、熔体入口压力的影响,结果表明,对PP1300而言较佳工艺为注射时间4s,注射温度230℃,保压时间25~30s,最大注射压力40MPa,并将原浇口向左偏离30mm。

Abstract:This paper reports the simulation results of injection molding of twodimension plate part(cover of Haier bowl washing machine) by Cmold software.The dynamic rheological properties of PP 1300 and HIPS 492 were tested by using Dynamic Rheometer (DSR) 200.According to CoxMerz rule,we got five parameters n,B,,,Tb,which could be used in the afterwards flow analysis,of moldified Cross Model and the viscosity in wide shear rate range.The effects of melt temperature,melt injection time,gate location and rheological properties of materials on the filling process were examined.The effects of gate location,melt injection temperature and time,and melt holdpressure on clamp force and melt inlet pressure were examined by optimizing ram speed.And finally,the optimum filling results for PP 1300 were obtained:injection time 4s,injection temperature 230,holdpressure time 2530s,maximum injection pressure 40 MPa,and the gate location was 30mm moved to the left.
