| 摘 要： | 建立了基于蒙特卡罗方法的房地产投资风险分析模型，结合某一房地产项目实例，建立了计算机仿真模型，并对仿真结果作了精度分析和风险分析，如此进行投资决策对我国房地产业的健康发展是十分有益的。

| Abstract: | The risk analysis approach for real estate investment based on Monte Carlo theory was proposed and a new method based on computer simulation was presented as well. It has the characteristics of economical,safe, reliable and expeditious. Such scientific and effective risk analysis is beneficial for the real estate development of our country. |
