摘    要:应用正交试验设计方法,对旋耕碎茬通用刀片单刀扭矩(功率消耗)进行了试验。通过方差分析确定了在碎茬作业时,影响功率消耗的主要因素为刀片转速,其次为耕深,而机组作业速度对功率消耗影响不显著;运用正交多项式函数逼近理论建立了功率消耗与刀片旋转、耕深之间的函数关系,通过函数关系可以预测在碎茬作业时的功率消耗。

Abstract:The rotavator broken stubble universal blade single-pole torque(power consumption) experiment used orthogonal experimental design method.Determined by analysis of variance in the broken stubble working,impacted the power consumption of the main factors for the blade speed,deep tillage was followed,the operating speed of the unit power consumption did not significantly affect the power consumption;Applied orthogonal polynomial function approximation theory with the blade rotation,,Constructed the functional relationship between the tillage depth.When operating in the broken stubble,the power consumption can be predicted by the function relationship.
