基于有限元法的仿生钩形深松铲耕作阻力

摘    要:以仿生钩形深松铲和圆弧形深松铲为研究对象,采用通用显式非线性动力分析的有限元程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析了深松铲在切削土壤过程中,深松深度和前进速度对深松耕作阻力的影响,并分析了仿生钩形深松铲的减阻效果。为了验证有限元分析方法的可行性,对两种深松铲进行了室内土槽的耕作阻力验证试验。结果表明,通过有限元法模拟出的深松铲耕作阻力与室内土槽试验所测定的结果具有相同的变化趋势,利用有限元法可以分析深松铲的工作性能,并且仿生钩形深松铲的耕作阻力明显低于圆弧形深松铲。

Abstract:The general explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis finite element program ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to research the influence of the tillage depth and the operating speed on the operating resistance of the bionic hook-shape subsoiler and the standard arc-shape subsoiler,as well as to study the significance of the operating resistance reduction of the bionic hook-shape subsoiler.In order to prove the reliability of the finite element analysis method,the operating resistance of these two types of subsoilers was also tested in soil bin.The results show that there is a same varying trend between the operating resistance data obtained by the finite element method and the soil bin test,and the finite element method is suitable to the research of the performance of subsoiling,and the bionic hook-shape subsoiler's operating resistance is significantly lower than the arc-shape subsoiler's.
