高纯度多孔稻壳基白炭黑的制备及性质

摘    要:以燃烧后废弃的稻壳灰为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备了高纯度多孔稻壳基白炭黑,并采用原子吸收分光光度法、傅立叶红外光谱、扫描电镜、低温氮吸附法研究了其杂质含量、结构、形貌特征及多孔特性。研究结果显示,以废弃稻壳灰制备的白炭黑杂质含量极低,二氧化硅纯度达到99.8%以上,表观形貌为疏松的多孔结构,比表面积为57.8m2/g,最可几孔径约为32nm,有望在食品、医药、日化及橡胶工业等领域用作吸附剂、分散剂和补强剂。

Abstract:High purity porous silica white was prepared from waste rice husk ash by chemical precipitation.The impurity content,structure,morphology and porous characteristics of silica white were studied by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry(AAS),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Scanning Electron Microscopic(SEM) and nitrogen adsorption.The silica white from rice husk ash showed very low impurity content and purity of silica was 99.8% or more.The loose porous morphology exhibited specific area of 57.8 m...
