| Abstract: | The achievements of the piezoelectric linear motors in the world are introduced in this paper. All these motors have been classified according to their movement characters. Their advantages and disadvantages are shown. A new linear nanometer piezoelectric stepper motor which has been developed in our lab is introduced. The current problems under intensive study in this domain are listed too. |
