摘    要:总结讨论了锦州石化公司800kt/a柴油中压加氢改质(MHUG)装置对催化剂进行的两次器内再生,通过两次再生经验表明,再生空气与氮气混合后的氧含量不仅是控制催化剂烧焦时床层最高温升的关键参数,而且是控制催化剂烧焦速度的重要参数;烧焦过程中反应器入口温度宜提得过高,以免限制再生空气与氮气混合后的氧含量的提高,延长烧焦时间。根据工业装置中反应器设计的具体情况,提出了两段或多段烧焦工艺的设想。

Abstract:Catalyst in situ regeneration was carried in the 800 kt/a mild hydro upgrading unit (MHUG) at Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. Through two regeneration cycles, it was recognized that the oxygen content in the mixture of regeneration air and nitrogen was not only the key parameter for controlling the temperature raise of the catalyst bed during regeneration, but was also an important parameter for controlling the coke burning rate. It was further recognized that the reactor inlet temperature should not be raised too high during the coke burning course for not limiting the increase of oxygen content, and resulted in longer coke combustion time. A two stage or multi stage coke burning process is proposed in consideration of the actual industrial condition of the reactor design.
