胞外多聚物评价黏泥剥离剂方法的研究及评价

摘    要:通过测定多糖和核酸含量建立了一种新型的黏泥剥离剂评价方法——胞外多聚物法,并对常用的两种黏泥剥离剂二氯异氰尿酸钠(优氯净)和十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1427)进行了评价。结果表明:优氯净投加浓度小于50mg/L时,杀菌作用为主,投加浓度大于50mg/L时,剥离作用为主;剥离剂1427的最佳使用浓度为50mg/L。

Abstract:A renovation for slime remover evaluation, called the method of extracellular polymers was established by measuring the content of amylose and nucleic acid. The remover of sodium dichloro isocyanurate and tetradecyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(1427) were evaluated with the method. The results showed that when the concentration of sodium dichloro isocyanurate was less than 50 mg/L, the bactericidal effect was oriented, more than 50 mg/L, remove effect. The optimum concentration of 1427 was 50 mg/L.
