新疆地区植物油脂肪酸组成的测定分析

摘    要:根据美国油脂化学协会Ce—1—62法,谷物比学协会审批方法AACC方法58—18法,采用气相色谱仪对新疆地区的植物油的脂肪酸组成进行了测定分析。并与四川部分地区油菜子进行了比较。

Abstract:In accordance with the Ce-1-62 method of oil-fat chemistry association and the 58-18 method of the AACC method examined and approved by cereal chemistry association of U. S. A,the research determines and analyses the composition of the fatty acid of the vegetable oil of Xinjiang region by means of gas chromatography and makes a comparison between the vegetable oil of Xinjiang region and the rape seeds of partial Sichuan areas.
