| 摘 要： | 掘进机截割头的运动参数（横摆速度v和转速n）对截割头的载荷波动和截割比能耗都有很夭的影响，而截割头的运动载荷特性义不仅影响掘进机的生产效率，而且关系到掘进机的使用寿命，因此，对截割头的运动载荷及参数进行优化及模拟分析具有较大的意义。随着计算机的推广应用及模拟理论的不断完善，利用计算机对掘进机截割头的载荷特性作模拟分析及优化研究成为有效的方法。本文利用计算机模拟的方法建立优化设计数学模型，以截割头的横摆速度v和转速n作为设计变量，选择负载变差系数、截割比能耗和理论生产率作为目标函数，对设计变量进行了参数优化，并对优化结果进行了分析。

| Abstract: | According to the stress model of the cutting head, the paper establishes the mathemati-cal model for the load of the cutting head and the optimization design, analyses the load characteristic of the cutting head, and deduces the optimal motion parameter of the transverse tunneler with sequence quadric plan (SQP) optimization method, which has the significance for improving the operation stableness of the tunneler, restraining the bug dust and increasing the production efficiency. |
