酒钢炉卷轧机液压APC系统建模与仿真研究

摘    要:以酒钢炉卷轧机为对象,在分析了轧机液压AGC系统及其运行机理的基础上,以伺服阀的基本方程、液压缸连续性方程、液压缸和负载的力平衡方程为基础,建立了酒钢炉卷轧机位置控制(APC)系统的数学模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink系统仿真,通过试凑法对PID控制参数进行了整定和调节,对进一步研究炉卷轧机具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Taking the Steckel Mill in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co. (JISCO) as a research object, the Automatic Position Control (APC) system was modeled on the basis of the process and technological parameters of the mill after the AGC system and its principle and the basic servo-valve equation and the hydraulic cylinder continuity equation and the equation of forces between the hydraulic cylinder and its load were analyzed and researched. The APC model were simulated and analyzed by means of the Matlab/Simulink software. Based on the model, a PID controller was designed and its parameters were optimized by the trial and error method, which has utility value to thorough research in Steckel mill control system.
