氨基酸表面改性纳米碳酸钙表面性能研究

摘    要:主要通过在纳米碳酸钙-乙醇悬浮液中加入一定量的DL-α-丙氨酸的方法,在纳米碳酸钙表面引入羧基、氨基等活性基团对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性,并用SEM、FTIR、XRD和TG等手段对氨基酸表面改性纳米碳酸钙的改性机理进行研究。结果表明:氨基酸是以化学键合的方式接枝到纳米碳酸钙表面,改性后的纳米碳酸钙分散良好,晶面间距增大。

Abstract:Through adding DL-α-acrylic acid of some quantity into the suspension of nano calcium carbonate- ethanol, the active groups including carboxyl and amino are introduced onto the surface of nano calcium carbonate to modify the surface of nano calcium carbonate. By the means of SEM, FI-IR, XRD and TG, we have studied the modification mechanism of amino acid surface modified nano calcium carbonate, concluding that the amino acid is grafted onto the surface of calcium carbonate by chemical bond, and the modified calcium carbonate is of good dispersion and increased interplanar distance.
