摘    要:通过大量的试验研究,对比分析了多种合金元素对不同成分冷轧辊淬火、回火后的硬度及晶粒长大倾向的影响,从而确定了新型冷轧辊钢的最佳热处理工艺参数,为研制新型深淬硬层冷轧辊钢提供了依据。

Abstract:By experimental results, the effect of alloying elements on the hardness and grain growth of cold rolling steel after heat treatment was analysed. The optimum heat treatment process for a new type of cold roller was determined, The results also provide a basis for developing a new type of cold roller steel with deeper hardening layer.
