基于PXI电液复合控制的测控系统

摘    要:设计了电液复合控制系统的测控平台,介绍了电机调速、节流控制、容积控制、电液复合控制和伺服加载的实验原理,提出用虚拟仪器LabVIEW对系统进行测控的新方案,该实验台在教学中得到了应用。使用结果表明:该实验平台的集成性高、开发性好,可以自行设计控制律,提高了系统的综合测试性能。

Abstract:Measurement and control platform of electro -hydraulic compound system was designed. Experiment principle about motor regulation, servo - valve control, volume control, electro - hydraulic compound control and servo loading was introduced. New method used virtual instrument Labview was proposed in this system. This experiment system was used in teaching. Result shows that experiment platform has high integration and opening, can design control law by itself, which raises the compound control performance.
