摘    要:由于深层勘探钻井中井底压力温度的不确定性,以及井内油、气、水和岩屑等多相流的复杂特性,很难在井底保持某一确定的压力范围,经常出现各种复杂的钻井工程事故。另外,常规的MWD或LWD在多相流条件下难以测量井内压力,虽然国外开发的电磁随钻测量系统(EMWD)可以解决问题,但成本很高。介绍了一种用以测量深层气探井井底压力、温度的新型测试系统,起钻后对测试数据进行分析处理,能够解决井底压力控制问题。大庆油田应用该系统为深层钻井完井设计施工提供了准确的井下数据,同时建立了一种新的随钻气层解释方法。该系统结构简单,成本低,应用该系统完成了达深2井和徐深6井深层气探井的钻井作业,在徐深6井完井压裂后获得工业气流,取得较好的勘探效果。

Abstract:Because of the uncertainty of bottom hole pressure and temperature while drilling deep formation and the complication of multi-phase flow involving oil, gas water, and cuttings, it is difficult to keep the bottom pressure at a specific scope. In this case, various accidents often happen. In addition, it is difficult for conventional MWD or LWD to measure bottom pressure under multi-phase flow conditions. Although the EMWD, a electromagnetic measurement while drilling developed by foreign company, can solve such issue, it cost too much. This paper presents a novel bottom pressure and temperature measuring system, its survey data is analyzed at surface, which can be used to control bottom pressure. The Daqing Oilfield succeeded in providing drilling and completion operation with accurate bottom data by this system, and developed a novel explanation method of gas formation. Attributed to this system, both drilling operations in deep gas formation in Dashen2 Well and Xushen6 Well are completed and gained industrial hydrocarbon flow.
