镍基和铁基合金喷熔层组织及性能的研究

摘    要:对五种镍基和铁基自熔合金粉末进行了氧—乙炔火焰喷熔试验,研究了喷熔层的组织、硬度、结台强度和抗氧化性。结果表明:喷熔层具有复杂的组织结构、较高的硬度,优良的结合强度和抗氧化性。

THE INVESTIGATION OF STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF THE NICKEL BASED AND IRON BASED ALLOY SPRAY WELDING LAYERS

Abstract:In this paper the authors made the experiments of oxygen-acetylene flame spray welding on five kinds of nickel based and iron based alloy powders, investigated the structure, hardness, connecting strength and oxidatioin resisance of the spray welding layers. It has been shown that there are the complex structures, higher hardness, good connecting strength, excellent oxidation resistance on the layers.
