摘    要:龙羊峡3号主变压器投运后多次出现裸金属过热故障,通过对变压器投运初期低负荷和大负荷运行时色谱分析,结合历次排油检查、吊罩检修、返厂维修、红外测温和接地电流测试情况,确定了变压器磁路故障是引起裸金属过热的主要原因,并提出了相应措施。

Abstract:After being put in service, the No. 3 main transformer of the Longyangxia hydropower station experienced bare metal overheating faults. This paper, based the chromatographic analysis during initial stage with low load and high load, analyzes information from check, repairs and tests, concludes that the transformer magnet path fault is the primary cause of the bare metal overheating faults. Finally this paper gives improvement measures.
