摘    要:在自动变速箱控制器(TCU)的开发和功能验证过程中,采用自动变速器(AT)硬件在环仿真平台来模拟传动系能缩短开发周期,并减少开发人员的工作量。本文介绍了基于ETAS公司LabCAR系统开发的AT硬件在环仿真平台,并使用AMESim软件开发了装有六档自动变速器的车辆传动系模型,然后将其与汽油机模型集成。在完成了模型集成和Labcar硬件集成后,对变速箱典型换档工况进行了仿真,并与实车道路测试的结果对比。对比结果具有较高的相似性,表明本文所开发的模型及搭建的硬件在环仿真平台能较好地模拟实车,能用于TCU逻辑功能的验证。

Abstract:This article will discuss the design and calculation of closed planetary gears. This article will ex- pound the characteristics of various types of closed gear planetary transmission, the transmission ratio cal- culations, stress analysis, stress analysis comprehensively. In this article, the "structure" will be used to derive a closed transmission gear ratio formula and the "Transmission ratio method" will be used to derive the transmission efficiency formula. Both derivations are simple, innovative and scientific. This article will promote the application and development of a closed planetary gear transmission technology in our county.
