碳纤维接地网防腐材料研究

摘    要:接地网是保证电气设备安全可靠运行的重要组成部分,铺设材料主要选择镀锌钢,要求在地下可靠运行30年以上,然而现使用的镀锌钢在运行10年左右会发生腐蚀甚至断裂。本研究采用防腐性能强、导电性优的微米级碳纤维为主要添加,研究制备了新型导电防腐材料,通过表面处理的方式对接地网起到防腐保护作用。实验室的综合性能测试及现场埋设观察试验,验证了此材料具有较强的防腐性能和导电性能,为接地网的防腐处理提供了新方法。

Abstract:The Grounding grid is an important part of technologies to guarantee electric equipments to work reliably, in generally built with galvanized carbon steel, and is required to work reliably under earth over 30 years. But the used galvanized carbon steel will be corroded and so as to be broken in about 10 years. The research introduced in this paper developed a new anti-corrosion material with micron grade carbon fiber with good anti -corrosion and electric conductivity. The new material can protect the grounding grid against corrosion by the developed surface process tech- nology. Both laboratory experiments and onsite test verified that the new material has a good anti-corrosion capability and electric conductivity.
