摘    要:研究了Pd-Sn/树脂催化剂中Sn/Pd质量比和Sn助剂负载方法对催化剂催化性能的影响,并采用X光电子能谱(XPS)、X-射线荧光光谱分析(XFSA)以及BET比表面分析等手段对Sn助剂的作用进行了探讨。在Pd/树脂催化剂中Sn助剂的引入可提高催化剂的活性,然而其质量分数过高会影响活性金属的负载量而降低催化剂的二烯烃加氢和双键异构活性。Sn助剂的负载顺序也明显地影响Sn对催化剂的作用。采用先负载Sn助剂后负载Pd的方式,对提高催化剂催化活性有利。XPS、XFSA和BET研究表明,Sn助剂能改变Pd的电子状态,降低Pd3d5/2结合能,有利于加氢和异构活性的提高。另一方面Sn质量分数的增加和负载顺序的不同,影响催化剂表面Pd和Sn的相对含量,导致催化剂催化性能的改变

Abstract:The relationship between the amount of Sn promoter、preparation method and activities of Pd Sn/resin catalysts has been studied.The action of Sn promoter in the catalysts were investigated by XPS、BET and XFSA.The results showed that the best Pd/Sn ratio was related with the method of supporting Pd and Sn.The results of XFSA and XPS showed that the amount of Pd on the Pd Sn/resin catalysts decreased with increasing amount of Sn.There was a strong interaction between Pd and Sn on these catalysts.Sn promoter can decrease the Pd 3 d 5/2 bonding energy,which is advantageous to the activities of Pd Sn/cation exchange resin catalysts.
