抗高温阴极剥离防腐环氧粉末涂料的研究

阴极保护和防腐层的联合应用是埋地钢质管道防腐蚀普遍采用的一项技术,已在国内数万公里管道上应用,取得了显著效果。经长期经验积累与技术不断进步,川气东输工程设计对环氧粉末涂层性能指标提出更高的要求,例如:-1.5 V电压下,60℃NaCl溶液浸泡30 d,阴极剥离的剥离半径≤15 mm。通过对阴极剥离对涂层的影响分析,采用自主合成的Amanda1168线形三官能环氧树脂及Amanda999B互穿网络的复合固化剂,辅助纳米硅材料,制成抗高温阴极剥离的粉末涂料,试验结果表明达到川气东输工程技术要求。

Study on epoxy powder antisepsis coating with cathode stripping resistance at high temperature

The combination application of the cathode protection and the antisepsis layer were a technique that covered up the widespread adoption in antisepsis of a underground steel pipe line accumulated already about several tens of thousands kilometers in domestic,and showed the perfect result.With cumulated long experiment and technique progress the properties of epoxy powder antisepsis coating could meet the higher requirement of gas delivery engineering from Sichuan to the east of China,such as cathode stripping radius R≤15mm at cathode voltage-1.5 V in 60 ℃ NaCl solution 30 d.In this paper,the effect of cathode stripping on coating was analyzed and epoxy powder antisepsis coating with cathode stripping resistance at high temperature was prepared using tri-functional epoxy resin Amanda1168,IPN complex curing agent Amanda999B made in our institute and adding nanosilicon.The test showed that its properties cold meet the higher requirement of gas delivery engineering from Sichuan to the east of China.
