| 摘 要： | 对当前国内外腈纶行业的综合能力进行了分析与对比，提出了在加入WTO以后，腈纶行业在关税降低，配额限制减少或取消，引进外资使国内竞争更加激烈的前提下，以优化产品结构，降低成本，技术创新，开拓市场为对策，抓住契机，提高竞争水平，进而改变我国腈纶产品在国际竞争中的劣势地位。

| Abstract: | analyzing and comparing comprehensive capability of both domestic and overseas acrylic fiber industries at present,it puts for-ward that the acrylic fiber industry shall,under preconditions of tariff depression,quota limit drop down or call off,keen domestic compe-tition due to alien investment after entrance to WTO,further improve inferior position of our national acrylic fiber products among interna-tional competition via increasing competitiveness with countermeasures of products structure optimism,cost depression,technical innova-tion as well as chance taking. |
