摘    要:通过计算机辅助进行了包装缓冲材料振动传递特性的测试。采用Visual C^ 编程首先对振动系统的激励和响应信号进行数据采集,然后对采集到的数据进行自适应噪声滤波和数据压缩,最终将两路信号的加速度在相同频率下整个周期的均方根值对应相比得出传递率。所开发的软件提供了良好的用户界面,具有非常便利的图形显示功能,提高了试验数据的精度,为缓冲包装的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:This software introduces the principle of data acquisition and processing system of vibration transmissibility test to packaging materials through computer aided design. The program is programmed with Visual C~(++). First collects the signals of prompting and response which are generated by vibrating system, then processes the signals by filting and compressing, finally get the transfer rate by comparing the whole periotical root-mean-square value under the same frequency. The software provides us with the favourable customer interface and processes very convenient graph-showing function, advances the precision of data processing, provides materials for design of cushion packaging.
