| 摘 要： | 2019年法国标准化协会发布了法国标准化战略2019版。本文通过对新旧版法国标准化战略文本的变动进行比较,从战略挑战、战略目标、战略重点、战略推进、战略管理等方面开展梳理,认为新版战略有建设更加包容性社会的理念转变、设置新的目标管理框架、构建任务动态调整机制、全面促进法国标准化体系进一步完善4个重要特点。最后提出对我国相关研究的启示。

| Abstract: | In 2019, AFNOR released the French Standardization Strategy 2019. This paper compares the changes of the old and new French standardization strategy texts, and sorts them out from the aspects of strategic challenges, strategic goals, strategic priorities, strategic advancements, and strategic management. It is found that the new version of the strategy has four important characteristics: a changing idea for more inclusive society, a new goal management framework, a dynamic adjustment task mechanism, and comprehensive promotion of the French standardization system. Finally, the enlightenment to the relevant research in China is put forward. |
