摘    要:为开发干爽舒适型纸尿裤面层,选用由3种规格、不同亲水性的双组分纤维组成的5种热风非织造材料作为面层,对它们的力学性能、透气性能、蓬松性能、穿渗性能等进行测试和分析。结果表明:对热风非织造材料进行打孔或压花处理有助于提高材料的透气性能和蓬松性能,缩短穿渗时间,但也会在一定程度上降低材料的柔软性和纵向断裂强力,增加回渗量;单次亲水型热风非织造材料面层的3次穿渗时间高于多次亲水型热风非织造材料面层,多次亲水型热风非织造材料面层的回渗量大于单次亲水型热风非织造材料面层,混合型热风非织造材料面层的穿渗时间和回渗量都介于二者之间。

Abstract:In order to develop dry and comfortable diaper surface layer,five kinds of hot-air nonwovens were selected as the surface layer,which were made of bicomponent fibers with 3 kinds of specifications and different hydrophilicity.And their mechanical properties,air permeability,fluffiness,penetrability were tested and analyzed.The results showed that,punching or embossing the hot-air nonwovens could improve the permeability and fluffiness,shorten the penetration time of the materials,reduce the softness and longitudinal fracture strength of the materials to a certain extent,increase the amount of reverse.Three penetration time of single hydrophilicity type hot-air nonwovens surface layer was longer than that of multiple hydrophilicity type hot-air nonwovens surface layer,while the amount of reverse of the multiple hydrophilicity type hot-air nonwovens surface were more than that of the single hydrophilicity type hot-air nonwovens surface layer,the penetration time and the amount of reverse of the mixed hot-air nonwovens surface layer were in between.
