| 摘 要： | 在实际的流域水量分配中，常常需要处理一些不确定性的问题，水量调度专家系统能够有效地解决这类非结构化问题。为此，从水量调度专家系统的国内外研究现状出发，详细介绍了水量调度专家系统的基本组成和功能模块，并对专家系统在水量调度领域的应用前景进行了初步分析。专家系统作为一种新型的研究方法和手段，在流域水量调度中的应用必将加强我国流域水资源管理和规划的研究，使得流域的水量调度更加科学、准确。

| Abstract: | Some uncertain factors often should be solved in practical water allocation in a river basin and water allocation expert system can effectively solve these non-structural problems. From discussing present study of water allocation expert system, this paper introduces basic structure and function modules of expert system in detail, At last it analyzes the future of water allocation expert system. The application of expert system in river basin water allocation will promote the research of water resources planning, and also make the water allocation in these river basins more accurate and scientific, |
