| 摘 要： | 鞍钢冷轧厂对 1 .2 m可逆式冷轧机可控硅励磁供电系统进行了技术改造 ,改造后系统运行稳定 ,提高了轧制精度 ,达到了预想的效果。文中从理论上推导了轧机的速度设定 ,并对张力电流及动态电流进行了详细的计算

| Abstract: | The controlled silicon excitation feeding system in 1.2m reversing cold rolling mill of AISC Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Plant has been revamped.After Revamping,the system runs steadily and increases rolling precision and the ideal results have been obtained.In this paper,the velocity setting of rolling mill was deduced in theory and the tension current and dynamic current were calculated in detail. |
