含硼废液水泥固化技术综述

摘    要:压水堆核电厂含硼废液的处理主要采用水泥固化方法,这些方法大致可分为五种,即常规水泥固化工艺、改进型水泥固化工艺、高减容水泥固化工艺、制粉造粒灌浆固化工艺和高效率固化工艺。通过对各固化工艺特点的分析,提出我国应在制粉造粒灌浆固化工艺方面加强研究。

Abstract:Cement solidification is mainly used for treatment of borated waste solutions of PWR. Roughly, cement solidification may be divided into five categories, namely, Conventional Cement Solidification Process, Advanced Cement Solidification Process, High Volume Reduction Cement Solidification Process, Powdering- Pelletizing-Grouting Solidification Process, and High-Efficiency Solidification Process.Analyses of the characteristies of various cement solitification processes show that the study of Powdering-Pelletizing-Grouting Solidification Process should be strengthened.
